About Laura - Owner of MaxM HR

I am an educated and certified HR professional with over 15 years of experience in full cycle HR operations, I have a masters in Human Resource Management from Webster University and hold two HR certifications, SHRM-SCP (SHRM-Senior Certified Professional) and PHR (Professional in Human Resources). I am also a leader in the HR space for both the local area, as a state director for SHRM (the Society for Human Resource Management), and as an educator teaching HR classes at the University of Illinois-Springfield.
